On Tuesday night, I was invited to celebrate the launch of Vicky Pattinson’s new hair extension range- Hair Revolution. Hosted at Manchester’s Victoria Warehouse, the night was filled with Prosecco and primping, from hair styling to massages this was the ladies night I needed!
I’ve always been an advocate of hair extensions. With ever-changing hair, they’re something I’ve purchased over and over. I’ve always toyed with the idea of getting semi-permanent extensions, such as micro bonds, or a weave, but why spend all of that money when you can get the same results with clip-ins? Not to mention, you can take them out when you’re in the mood for a comfy, hair up kind of day.
Vicky created her hair extension range to enable girls to feel confident. She said herself, she’s lazy and she wanted a product that required very little effort, but still looks amazing.
One of the first things I noticed about the hair, was the quality. Unlike (some) other brands, the wefts were doubled up, creating thicker, healthier looking hair. Although I wear extensions for the length, I have to have a thick looking mane, especially to create big, rolled curls.
Eds Hair & Beauty were also at the Hair Revolution launch and I was able to have my extensions fitted and styled by Creative Director, Ed Mascarenhas. Ed fitted the extensions perfectly, and completed the style with chunky curls – my fave!
I adore my new set of Hair Revolution extensions and I can’t wait to show them off some more! Be sure to keep an eye on the Hair Revolution Twitter for details of when you can purchase your new hair.
